Why Rufus? Why Tseng’s name in Katakana? Why this prompt?
It’s inspired by karanguni’s awesome fanfiction and my!Reno/Tseng Arc in which Rufus is kind of Tsengs Nemesis and vise versa.
Although I suck at drawing Rufus. Second try on him.
